Our Mission

Fort Smith Public Schools Peak Innovation Center is dedicated to providing all students with innovative, career-specific learning experiences through partnerships with business and industry leaders, equipping students with relevant skills for future success in their chosen profession.

Amplify Impact Beyond the Region

We project that Peak will more than double the number of career-ready graduates available to leading area employers by 2023. Peak will also be utilized to meet the retraining needs of incumbent workers through our partnerships with Fort Smith Adult Education, the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, and the Regional Workforce Development Group. By investing in students at Peak, companies are contributing to fundamentally improving the quality of life for students and families in this region. For many, recognizing the monetary value of career education will let students and families experience potentially greater career earnings than previous generations. Investing in PEAK is a robust and historical opportunity to catapult a student out of the detrimental economic cycle in which they may currently reside.
